Chocolate Lava Cake

Today I thought to prepare something with Chocolate... well, who doesn't like chocolate!! Hardly any:) Though am not a fan of chocolate, still wanted to try :) Here's how to make your very own Lava cake: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Firstly, we need to melt the chocolate (any plain chocolate chips) and butter together without any lumps. So there are two ways of melting. Either through Microwave Oven or Double boiling. Once melted, set aside to cool. In another bowl, add eggs and powdered sugar and beat well.  Add maida, essence to the above and beat again. Later add choco-butter mix and beat well. Grease the mould with butter and coat it with maida (just to prevent it from sticking) and dust the extra maida from the mould. Pour the mixture into the moulds and bake for 10 mins at 190 °C.   While serving, you can add powdered sugar on top and some cherries. Chocolate Lava cake is ready!! :):) I was so thrilled to watch chocolate ooz ing when I c ut it into hal...
